our programs

middle school

The middle school program is designed for rising 7th and 8th grade boys and girls who want to elevate their track and field performance. As a preparatory program, our goal is to help young athletes develop a strong foundation that will set them up for success in high school and beyond. The middle school program requires a minimum seasonal commitment.

1-on-1 Training

1-on-1 training offers athletes of any age and skill level to work directly with one of our coaches. Each session lasts one hour and is tailored to help athletes enhance their technical skills in specific events. For those not currently enrolled in our middle school or high school programs, we recommend committing to at least six weeks of 1-1 training to see significant improvement in results.

high school

The high school program is designed for rising 9th-12th grade boys and girls who are looking to maximize their talent in the sport of track and field. We welcome athletes who aspire to compete at the collegiate level as well as those who simply want to reach their full potential in high school. The high school program requires a minimum seasonal commitment.
