Middle School fall PRogram

The fall season is a developmental training season designed to build upon the foundation established during the summer. There are no competitions or meets during this period, allowing athletes to focus entirely on growth and preparation.

Training will emphasize building a resilient, durable body through strength development, general endurance training, mobility work, and injury prevention. Athletes will also have increased opportunities to develop technical skills in their event areas.

Speed and acceleration development

Event-specific training (jumps, throws, and running events)

General conditioning and plyometric development

A minimum of three dedicated and highly qualified coaches per session
