Middle School Winter PRogram

The winter season is both a developmental and competitive training season designed to build upon the foundations establish in the summer and fall. There are multiple opportunities for middle school athletes to compete in indoor meets during the winter.

Training will emphasize general endurance training, specific event training, power development, and injury prevention. Athletes will also have opportunities to develop technical skills in their event areas.
