Tier 1: Full Program

Four 2.5 hour sessions per week per sessions

Four tailored strength training sessions per week

Speed development

Event-specific training (jumps, throws, and running events)

General conditioning and plyometric development

College recruiting support

Tier 2: Partial Program

Included

Two 2.5 hour training sessions per week

  • Monday/Thursday - Runners and Sprinters

  • Tuesday/Thursday - Jumpers and Throwers

Two tailored strength training sessions per week

Speed development

Event-specific training (jumps, throws, and running events)

Cost - $1050
